The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Michael Johnstone and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhang fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

and Jones counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Jones makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Zhang pushes Jones off and gets back to his feet.

Zhang wants to stand and escape but Jones is having none of it.

Zhang knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jones on the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jones prevents Zhang from standing back up.
Zhang definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Zhang kicks off Jones and gets to his feet.
Jones closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Zhang is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Jones asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Jones works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Zhang is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Jones takes a little break here. Zhang wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Oh Zhang is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jones cracks Zhang with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Jones immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Zhang is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Jones!
