The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Chris Saunders and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pullo throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Takahashi on the side of the head.
Takahashi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Pullo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Ethelbart Takahashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Takahashi bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Pullo's head backwards.
It looks like Titus Pullo has been cut.
Takahashi feints and then cracks Pullo's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Pullo down.
Takahashi lands a lovely overhand right.
Takahashi throws a chopping leg kick but Pullo manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Pullo drops Takahashi with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Takahashi looks back up at him and smiles so Pullo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Ethelbart Takahashi has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pullo misses with a straight left.
Pullo feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Takahashi collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Titus Pullo!
A relieved looking Titus Pullo thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
