Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jurgen Balhussen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taylor comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Psycho by Puddle Of Mudd kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Franklyn Lucas and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balhussen throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Taylor throws a series of punches but Balhussen avoids them all with ease.
Taylor misses with the combination.
Balhussen dodges the punch combination from Taylor.
Balhussen clinches with his opponent.
Balhussen turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Taylor is trying to get back to his feet.
Balhussen tries for a kimura but Taylor is defending well.
Balhussen will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Taylor is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Balhussen asserts his dominance and retains side control.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Taylor accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Taylor wants to stand but Balhussen has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Taylor throws and elbow that misses. Balhussen uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Taylor's guard. Nice move by Balhussen!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Balhussen connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Taylor some visible discomfort.
Balhussen advances to mount.
You get the feeling that Taylor really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Taylor's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Taylor scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Balhussen manages to mount him!
Balhussen looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Balhussen can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Taylor is looking to escape.

so Balhussen counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Taylor is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Balhussen is controlling him.
Taylor is working an open guard so Balhussen takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Balhussen shoots in and bounces Taylor off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Balhussen gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Taylor swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Taylor tries to clinch there but Balhussen circles away.
Balhussen fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Taylor sprawls well initially but Balhussen persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Taylor is trying to stand back up but Balhussen is controlling him
Balhussen seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Balhussen passes to side control.
Balhussen slips into full mount, dodging the strikes by Taylor.
Taylor wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Taylor won't enjoy being in this position. Balhussen looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Taylor is tapping - it's over boys! Balhussen picks up the submission victory!
