Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Urho Takila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Klay Montez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Takila comes to the cage accompanied by Kirkkokuoro - Jeesus tulee. On his way into the cage it seems that Urho Takila has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Urho Takila seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Urho Takila! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Klay Montez! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Winston Alpacca and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Montez scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Takila stuffs the takedown. Takila stuffs the takedown attempt from Montez. Montez gets slowly back to his feet. Takila defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Montez. Urho Takila has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Klay Montez. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Takila, as that shot connected.
Takila cracks a nice hook into Montez's ribs. Montez tries to move into range but Takila moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Takila circles away from the clinch attempt.
Montez takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Montez shoots in but Takila avoids the takedown attempt easily. Montez has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Montez there as he acknowledges the shot. Montez throws a head kick but Takila moves out of range.
Urho Takila is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takila lands with a nice combination. Montez backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Klay Montez has been cut. Montez throws a combination that misses and Takila counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Montez takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Takila feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Montez sprawling to the canvas! Montez rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Takila finish him?!
Montez is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Montez shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Takila pinned against the cage. Takila gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Montez shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Montez showed some decent athleticism there. Takila is looking for a sweep. Montez is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Montez sitting and controlling from the half guard. Takila definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Takila trying to control but Montez postures up.
Montez looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Takila has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Montez is working away from the top position though. Takila is looking to get back to full guard here but Montez has managed to pass to side control instead.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Takila tries to get back to half guard but can't. Montez controlling the position. Montez moves into full mount! Montez putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Montez controlling his opponent. Montez prevents Takila from getting the reversal.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Montez tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Montez pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Montez controlling his opponent. Takila is wriggling around trying to escape.
Takila in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. We've been informed that Montez has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Montez content just to control the position here. Montez working away from the top, dropping strikes. Montez controlling his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Urho Takila dominated that round. The cut man is working on Klay Montez's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Takila tries a head kick but it misses.
Montez fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Takila throws a counter high kick but Montez was just alert enough to avoid it. Takila jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Montez fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Takila displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Montez. Urho Takila has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Klay Montez. Montez closes the distance and clinches. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Takila lands with a right to the head. Montez misses with a punch on the inside.
Montez tries to pull guard but Takila holds him up against the cage and eventually Montez drops back down to his feet.
Montez manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Takila has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takila stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Montez swivels though and keeps the full guard. Montez is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Montez is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Montez preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Montez pulls Takila in close to prevent any damage. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Takila accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Montez lands a couple of decent looking body shots there.
Klay Montez has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Montez is on top in guard.
Takila tries to land a sweep but no joy. Montez engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Let's hope that Montez has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Takila looking to hit a scissor sweep but Montez is one step ahead there. Montez makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Takila working a defensive guard here.
Montez controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Montez advances to half guard. Montez trying to control the pace. Takila tries to get to full guard but Montez has control of the leg.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Montez maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Takila could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Montez has cracked it and Takila is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Montez!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Klay Montez! A relieved looking Klay Montez thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
