Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Money (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kali Parlsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Money comes to the cage accompanied by Scarface - Dollar. Eddie Money could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kali Parlsh's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Eddie Money! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kali Parlsh! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parlsh gets caught flat footed, as Money shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Money throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Parlsh has momentary wrist control but Money slips an elbow through the middle. Money wants to control from the top but Parlsh keeps moving. Parlsh has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Parlsh looking for a sweep. Not yet Parlsh, not yet. Money wants to control from the top but Parlsh keeps moving. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Parlsh utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Parlsh can do anything to dispel that myth. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Money's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Parlsh wants to get back to his feet but Money is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Money postures up in Parlsh's guard and throws a big left but Parlsh blocks it. Parlsh working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Money. Money is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Money throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Parlsh works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Money trying to control the position from guard on top but Parlsh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Money is fighting to break Parlsh's control of his arms but Parlsh is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Money is stalling in the full guard. We've been hearing that Money has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Money's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Money cracks Parlsh with a solid left hand. Parlsh wants to get back to his feet but Money is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Money works a leg free and moves into half guard. Money has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Money not landing any meaningful shots this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Parlsh is staying active underneath Money, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Money looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Parlsh with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Parlsh is trying to stand.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Parlsh on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Money not landing any meaningful shots this time. Parlsh looks like he's trying to stand up.
Parlsh tries to roll over but Money keeps him under control. Money landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Money sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Parlsh defending well though. Money takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Parlsh is rocked! Money lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Parlsh is still in real trouble! Can Money finish him? Money lands a big elbow - Parlsh is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Money!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eddie Money! A determined Eddie Money didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
