Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rigan Machado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Archie MacDuff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Michael Johnstone and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machado shoots in looking for a takedown. MacDuff tries to sprawl out of it but Machado keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. MacDuff manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Machado fails with the takedown
and MacDuff counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
MacDuff misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Machado.
Machado doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Machado blocks the elbow strike.

Machado jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as MacDuff walks away with a smile on his face. Machado gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and MacDuff counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
MacDuff cracks a nice hook into Machado's ribs.
MacDuff leaves Machado with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Machado is breathing heavily.
MacDuff scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Machado doesn't seem bothered though.
MacDuff lands with a hook. Machado tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Machado is rocked!

Oh Machado is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
MacDuff connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Machado out cold! This one is over in a flash!
