Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Chris Edwards and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lorenzo fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Kilpatrick is out of range.
Kilpatrick bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Kilpatrick lands some shots froms side control.
Lorenzo is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Lorenzo is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Kilpatrick with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kilpatrick thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Kilpatrick seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Kilpatrick is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Lorenzo sees it coming and defends easily.

Lorenzo's coaches at The Fortress have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Lorenzo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kilpatrick with the counter takedown but Lorenzo avoids it easily.
Kilpatrick lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lorenzo backs up against the cage.
Lorenzo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kilpatrick as he jumps to the side.
Kilpatrick drives through and clinches with Lorenzo against the cage.
Lorenzo tries to circle away but Kilpatrick has him pinned against the cage.

Kilpatrick stalling in the clinch.
Kilpatrick has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Lorenzo is trying to keep an underhook but Kilpatrick manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Lorenzo is not content to let Kilpatrick control the position.
Lorenzo moves into full guard.
Kilpatrick looks winded!
Kilpatrick decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Lorenzo, up you get!
Kilpatrick stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kilpatrick wants it to stay on the feet.
