Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Perry fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Krejza to the ground. Perry is now in Krejza's guard. Krejza keeping full guard, as Perry tries to pass. Perry trying to control but Krejza is working from the bottom. Perry is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Perry won't allow Krejza to get back to his feet. Krejza looking to control.
Perry in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Perry wants to control from the top but Krejza keeps moving. Perry lands a couple of decent looking shots. Krejza avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Krejza is looking to stand up but Perry isn't so interested in that idea. Perry wants to control from the top but Krejza keeps moving. Perry drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Perry jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Krejza is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Krejza controls Perry momentarily but Perry frees himself. Perry looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Perry drops back looking for a leg! Krejza is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Krejza manages to kick Perry off! Perry jumps back into Krejza's guard. Perry slips nicely into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Perry wants to take a breather but Krejza is having none of it. Krejza pushes Perry off looking to stand but Perry dives back in and keeps control.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Krejza gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Perry to score an easy takedown into full guard. Krejza pushes Perry off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Perry takes the fight into the clinch. Perry manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Krejza pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Perry is keeping the position for now. Krejza is looking to work some ground and pound but Perry has wrist control. Perry lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Perry prevents Krejza from getting back to his feet. The fighters are working up against the cage. Krejza manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Krejza is fighting off a takedown attempt but Perry is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Krejza to the mat. Krejza regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Krejza is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Perry dives into side control.
Perry controls the position. Krejza is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Perry has hold of Krejza's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Krejza seems comfortable defending it but Perry has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Krejza is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Krejza is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Perry couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Jonny Perry ! Jonny Perry took his opportunity to call for a title shot in his post fight interview.
