Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kamil Wand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roman Michaels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Santiago Holmes and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Michaels shoots in looking for a takedown but Wand manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Michaels's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Michaels displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Wand.
Nice takedown defense from Wand. No joy for Michaels on that attempt.
Wand has managed to clinch.
Wand creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Michaels's defenses.
Michaels changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Wand fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Kamil Wand has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roman Michaels.
Wand rushes Michaels and presses him up against the cage.
Wand's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Michaels chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Wand can pounce on him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Michaels closes the distance and clinches.
Wand breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Michaels shoots in looking for a takedown. Wand tries to sprawl out of it but Michaels keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wand manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Wand appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Wand throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Michaels.
It looks like Roman Michaels has been cut.

Wand misses with a series of wild punches.
Michaels moves into the clinch.
Wand pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Michaels shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wand as he jumps to the side.
Wand fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Michaels, pushing him back against the cage.
Wand lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Michaels tries to pull guard but Wand forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Michaels has hold of one of Wand's legs. Wand is fighting the takedown attempt but Michaels gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Michaels wants to control from the top but Wand keeps moving.
Michaels stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wand swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Michaels passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Michaels throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Michaels is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Wand has escaped the position, nice work there.
Wand regains half guard there - taking advantage of Michaels's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.

Michaels missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Still in half guard, Michaels seems content to control.
Michaels is trying to control the action in half guard but Wand is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Michaels is looking to stall here but Wand recovers full guard.
Wand wants to stand up but Michaels is controlling him.
Michaels trying to control the position from guard on top but Wand is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Michaels controls from within his opponent's guard.
Wand keeping moving, preventing Michaels from controlling successfully.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Michaels dives in and scores a takedown into Wand's guard.
Michaels wants to control from the top but Wand keeps moving.
Michaels passes easily into side control. Nice work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kamil Wand dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Roman Michaels's cut.
That's time! Wand's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Wand scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Michaels doesn't seem bothered though.
Wand throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Michaels tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Wand is in Michaels's guard.

Wand wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Michaels's closed guard. He's half up but Michaels has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Michaels pivots and extends the arm, Wand falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Michaels! Well done that man!

A relieved looking Roman Michaels thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
