Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Rexar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Agenor Apolinario (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rexar comes to the ring accompanied by Big Shit Poppin'. Apolinario is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Northeast Strawberry. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Agenor Apolinario enters the ring!

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Luis Engracia and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rexar works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Apolinario shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rexar but Rexar pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Rexar closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Rexar makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Apolinario tries to pull guard but Rexar won't allow it.
Rexar lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Rexar lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Rexar lands an elbow that stopped Apolinario in his tracks for a moment.

Apolinario fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Tyler Rexar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Agenor Apolinario.
Rexar lands an uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rexar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Apolinario looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rexar is fending him off so far but Apolinario persists. Nope, Rexar circles away and we're back to standing.
Rexar looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Apolinario fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Rexar swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Apolinario.

Rexar has taken the fight to the clinch.
Rexar pushes Apolinario back against the ropes and unloads with a body punch.
Rexar makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Apolinario is looking to break free of the clinch but Rexar has double underhooks.
Rexar lands a hook to the side of the head.
Rexar lands with a right to the head.
I was talking to Rexar's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Apolinario blocks an elbow strike from Rexar.
Apolinario is trying to break the clinch but Rexar is controlling him.
Rexar breaks from the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rexar lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Rexar turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Apolinario.
Rexar lands the left hand.
Rexar cracks Apolinario with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Rexar has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Apolinario to stand back up!
