Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bolex Second (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Sir Iii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bolex Second!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pablo Sir Iii!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sir Iii misses with an uppercut. Second saw that one coming.
Pablo Sir Iii seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Second takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Second fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sir Iii, pushing him back against the cage.
Second prevents a body shot from Sir Iii.
A short right from Sir Iii.
Sir Iii misses with a hook to the ribs.
Sir Iii lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Sir Iii misses with a hook from the clinch.
Sir Iii throws a punch but it's blocked by Second.

Sir Iii swings wildly with an uppercut but Second uses good head movement to avoid it.

Second has picked Sir Iii up - he's going for a ride! Second dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Second in particular looking to stall.
Second will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Second lands a nice short elbow.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Second wants to work for an arm triangle but Sir Iii is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Second seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sir Iii does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

We've been informed that Sir Iii has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Second decides to return to a standing position.
Second on the wrong end of a nice hook.

and Second counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sir Iii won't be happy with that.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Second wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sir Iii keeps working.
Sir Iii takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Second lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Sir Iii down.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Sir Iii connects with a single shot there.

Second feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Second is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Sir Iii can do to turn this around?
Second stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sir Iii swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Sir Iii can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Second controls the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bolex Second overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Second shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Second works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

Second bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Sir Iii is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Second off and has taken his back!

Sir Iii has got one arm under Second's chin. This could be trouble... Second trying to control the other hand but Sir Iii gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Second has tapped out! The fight is over!
