Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Vesku Torni!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Romano looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Torni darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Torni gets caught flat footed, as Romano shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Torni can do anything to dispel that myth.
Torni is looking to stand up but Romano isn't so interested in that idea.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Torni is looking to stand back up but Romano counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Torni.
Torni wants to get back to his feet.
Romano is working for a kimura but Torni is defending it quite comfortably.

Romano is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Torni is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
