The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Skip Squint and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lombard rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Eaton moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Eaton is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Lombard.
Lombard misses with a jab, cross combination.
Eaton forces Lombard back against the cage and clinches.
Eaton lands with a light punch inside.
Eaton lands a shot to the body.
Eaton lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Lombard is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Eaton to keep the fight standing.
Eaton lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Lombard jumps guard but Eaton turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Lombard has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Eaton uses from the top position.
Eaton is sitting in close to Lombard's body. Lombard has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Eaton is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Eaton is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Lombard.
