The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dearborn throws a jab but it's blocked by Garver.
Dearborn clinches up against the cage.
Garver has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Garver's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Dearborn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dearborn swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Garver lands a slapping body shot.
Garver throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Garver throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dearborn.

Garver lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
A head kick from Garver lands but Dearborn takes it in his stride.
