McGavin drops Tuggle with a nice combination! McGavin dives into Tuggle's guard, looking to finish!


Tuggle is rocked!


It looks like Jessie Tuggle has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McGavin not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Tuggle is still in real trouble! Can McGavin finish him?
McGavin wants to control from the top but Tuggle keeps moving.
Tuggle seems to have recovered his senses.

Tuggle lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but McGavin circles away quickly and effectively.
Oh McGavin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tuggle swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Tuggle takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
McGavin seems to have got his legs back now.
Tuggle throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Tuggle throws a shot from downtown. McGavin moves away and avoids it.
McGavin slips a jab and a cross from Tuggle.
McGavin cracks Tuggle with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Tuggle looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can McGavin finish him?

Tuggle seems to have recovered his senses.

McGavin lands a big shot that drops Tuggle! Can he finish him?
McGavin wants to get up but he can't break Tuggle's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Tuggle wants to sweep but no luck.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tuggle wants to get back to his feet but McGavin is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Tuggle is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but McGavin has just dragged him back down to the mat.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tuggle can do anything to dispel that myth.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

McGavin stands up and beckons Tuggle to his feet.
Tuggle misses with a jab, cross combination.
McGavin jabs at Tuggle's body.
Tuggle misses with a straight right.
Tuggle throws a body punch but McGavin moves out of range.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Tuggle takes a swing at McGavin's ribcage but misses.
McGavin misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
McGavin throws a combination that misses

and Tuggle counters with a single leg into guard. McGavin didn't expect that.
McGavin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Tuggle throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
McGavin tries to bum rush Tuggle with a series of wild strikes but Tuggle uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Tuggle counters with a straight right hand.

McGavin lands a nice hook to Tuggle's body. Tuggle takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Tuggle is looking to control McGavin's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tuggle avoid being mounted?
McGavin content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
McGavin is thwarting Tuggle's attempts to control the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
McGavin wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tuggle keeps working.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

McGavin drops Tuggle with a big left hand and mounts him. Tuggle is in big trouble!
Tuggle should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McGavin wants to control the pace but Tuggle is squirming around nicely.
McGavin is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Tuggle is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Tuggle has given up his back. Will we see McGavin going for some submissions?

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Tuggle wants to get back to his feet.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for McGavin, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
