The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nikolov throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Padilla appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Padilla keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
As Nikolov tries to get set, Padilla tries to push him back and clinch up but Nikolov manages to avoid the attempt.
Nikolov misses with a series of wild punches.

Padilla really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Oooooh!!! Nikolov has knocked Padilla down with a huge combo! Nikolov steps away and waves a wobbly Padilla back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Demarcus Padilla has been cut.
Nikolov scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Padilla doesn't seem bothered though.
Oh Padilla is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Padilla is breathing heavily.
Nikolov throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Nikolov throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Padilla crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
