Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Heavy Hitta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davin Battle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hitta darts in and clinches Battle up against the cage.
Battle avoiding damage as Hitta throws knees to the body.
Battle wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hitta has him pressed against the cage.
Battle on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Hitta breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Battle tries to keep at a distance but Hitta has taken the fight into the clinch.
Hitta looking for a takedown.
Battle blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Hitta breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Battle slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Hitta tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Battle missing with a left hand there. Hitta was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Battle takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Hitta shoots in and bounces Battle off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Battle wants to sweep but no luck.

Battle is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Hitta scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Hitta content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Hitta slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Battle.
Hitta prevents Battle from improving his position.
Hitta takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Hitta drops an elbow to the side of Battle's head.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Hitta lands a nice short elbow.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Battle can do anything to dispel that myth.
Battle on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Battle tries to roll over but Hitta keeps him under control.
Battle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hitta. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Hitta in particular looking to stall.
Hitta lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Hitta is trying for a kimura here. Battle looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Hitta wins by kimura!
