The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Dmitry Maklakov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarasov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Tarasov is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hank is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Tarasov throws a strike aimed at the side of Hank's head but Hank avoids it well.
Hank's coaches at Cozad MMA Hilo have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tarasov has an Americana. Hank didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Tarasov is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Tarasov hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
