Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robinson Crusoe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Black Dynamite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black Dynamite told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dynamite throws a poor cross that misses
and Crusoe counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Crusoe engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Dynamite tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Crusoe controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Dynamite misses with a lunging right hand
and Crusoe decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Dynamite's guard.

Crusoe's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Crusoe seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Dynamite for as long as he can get away with.
Dynamite is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Dynamite might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Crusoe haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Dynamite pivots, looking for a leg kick but Crusoe is out of range and Dynamite settles back down.

Dynamite wants to control but Crusoe is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Robinson Crusoe overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Crusoe is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Dynamite can do to turn this around?

Dynamite wants to control but Crusoe is having none of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

If it seems like I'm not saying a lot, it's just because Crusoe is stinking the place up with his stalling.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Crusoe takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Dynamite throws out a loose jab but Crusoe uses good head movement to avoid it.
