Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Freddie Fiddler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Kaspov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
26 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Freddie Fiddler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fiddler throws a right hand that Kaspov ducks under and follows up with a left that Kaspov also avoids with ease.
Kaspov fails to land with a series of punches.
Fiddler misses with a looping right.
Fiddler connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kaspov momentarily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Kaspov tries a head kick but it misses.

A decent looking cross lands there for Fiddler.
Kaspov tries for a takedown but Fiddler sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Fiddler connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Fiddler bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Kaspov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fiddler tries to avoid it but Kaspov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fiddler to the ground. Fiddler escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

It looked like Fiddler wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Kaspov changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fiddler looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Kaspov working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fiddler is on top in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kaspov has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fiddler can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Kaspov is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Kaspov manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Fiddler manages to get himself to full guard.

Fiddler is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Kaspov has hold of Fiddler's hands but Fiddler slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Kaspov is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Fiddler pulls his head out easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Kaspov shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fiddler as he avoids it easily.
Kaspov throws a jab when Fiddler was well out of range.

Freddie Fiddler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sergei Kaspov.
Fiddler lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Fiddler lands a left and a right that send Kaspov crashing to the mat, dazed. Fiddler thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Kaspov is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fiddler misses with a wild body shot.
Kaspov lands with a hook. Fiddler tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Fiddler misses with a looping right.
Fiddler lands a jab to the head.
Kaspov is still on wobbly legs! Can Fiddler finish him?
Fiddler thows a body kick. Kaspov tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Kaspov seems to have recovered his senses.

Fiddler paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
A punch lands to the side of Kaspov 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Fiddler displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kaspov throws out the jab.
BOOM! Fiddler lands a beautiful left hook that drops Kaspov. Kaspov tries to recover but Fiddler is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Kaspov lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Freddie Fiddler!
After the fight, Freddie Fiddler was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
