It looks like Khalid Abdul has been cut.
Abdul drives through and clinches with Sanchez against the cage.
Sanchez tries to break the clinch but Abdul is controlling the position.
Abdul keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Sanchez's efforts to push away.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Abdul pulls Sanchez into guard.
Sanchez is fighting to break Abdul's control of his arms but Abdul is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Abdul will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Abdul has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Abdul is looking to stand up but Sanchez isn't so interested in that idea.
Sanchez wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Abdul's closed guard. He's half up but Abdul has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Abdul pivots and extends the arm, Sanchez falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Abdul! Well done that man!
