Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Lester Hudson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ray Dinkledorff! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dinkledorff rushes Hudson and presses him up against the cage. Hudson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Dinkledorff manages to break the clinch.
Hudson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
It looks like Lester Hudson has been cut. Hudson gets tackled into the cage by Dinkledorff. Dinkledorff maintains the clinch. Dinkledorff takes an elbow to the forehead.
It looks like Ray Dinkledorff has been cut. Dinkledorff blocks an elbow strike. Dinkledorff breaks from the clinch.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Hudson. Dinkledorff moves into the clinch. Hudson misses with a punch on the inside.
A left hand lands to the body for Hudson.
Hudson breaks from the clinch.
Hudson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Dinkledorff connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dinkledorff forces Hudson back against the cage and clinches. Hudson misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Hudson misses with a looping right. Hudson throws an overhand right that lands on Dinkledorff's shoulder, as Dinkledorff tries to avoid the shot. The fighters circle momentarily. Hudson darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Dinkledorff has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Hudson scores with a head kick.
Dinkledorff darts in and clinches Hudson up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hudson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hudson looks to land a right hand but Dinkledorff moved out of range. Hudson throws a lazy uppercut
and Hudson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Nice body kick from Hudson. Lester Hudson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dinkledorff blocks the body kick.
Dinkledorff scores with a three punch combo!
Hudson scores with a decent looking hook. Hudson missing with a left hand there. Dinkledorff was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Dinkledorff avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Hudson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dinkledorff sees it coming and avoids it easily. Hudson misses with a head kick.

Hudson is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hudson tries to keep at a distance but Dinkledorff has taken the fight into the clinch. Hudson misses with a punch to the body.
Hudson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Dinkledorff breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hudson looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Hudson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Dinkledorff forces Hudson back against the cage and clinches. Dinkledorff breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Dinkledorff cracks Hudson with a big right hand and Hudson goes down! Dinkledorff stands up and waves to Hudson to follow him. Dinkledorff lunges at Hudson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hudson's hand. Oh Hudson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lester Hudson's cut is getting worse. Dinkledorff shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hudson as he jumps to the side. Hudson seems to have got his legs back now. Dinkledorff fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hudson avoids it really well and circles away. Hudson is looking to counter the offense by Dinkledorff and move into the clinch. Hudson misses with a straight right.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dinkledorff moves out of range of the strikes. Dinkledorff moves into the clinch. Dinkledorff's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Good shot there by Hudson.
Dinkledorff is rocked! Hudson plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Dinkledorff to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Dinkledorff just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
