Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lane Herman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko Vukovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lane Herman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mirko Vukovic!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Edson Gomes and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vukovic throws a sloppy head kick and Herman moves out of range easily.
Horrible takedown attempt by Herman or perhaps it was just good defense by Vukovic, which made it look bad.
Vukovic misses with the combination.
Herman darts in looking for a takedown but Vukovic gets double underhooks and turns Herman into the cage.
Vukovic looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Vukovic lands with a slapping head kick.
Vukovic throws a head kick that half lands.
Vukovic displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Herman.
Herman looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lane Herman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Herman.
Vukovic throws a counter combo.
Vukovic lands a head kick that stumbles Herman and the fighters go to the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Vukovic controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Vukovic lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Herman avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Vukovic seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Vukovic got a little sloppy there for a moment and Herman has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Vukovic has managed to get both his arms back between Herman's legs - danger averted.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Herman moves in looking to clinch but Vukovic pushes him off.
Nice body kick from Vukovic.

Herman chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Vukovic can pounce on him.
Vukovic turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Donk. Vukovic catches Herman right on the button with a cross.
Herman shoots for a takedown but Vukovic saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Herman is breathing heavily.
Vukovic tests Herman's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Look low, kick high! Vukovic uses the oldest trick in the book to send Herman tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Vukovic is absolutely delighted - when Herman wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!

In his post fight interview, Mirko Vukovic started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
