Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joshua Lynch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Sutter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lynch comes to the cage accompanied by Dezarie / Most High. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joshua Lynch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mark Sutter!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lynch cracks Sutter with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Lynch with a nice cross.
Lynch throws a head kick that half lands.


It looks like Mark Sutter has been cut.
Lynch misses with a double jab.
Lynch misses with a combination

and Sutter decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lynch's guard.
Sutter throwing strikes but missing.
Lynch is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Death Valley Training Facility that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Lynch keeping moving, preventing Sutter from controlling successfully.
Sutter postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Lynch trying to control the position.
Lynch wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Sutter throws a big right hand that misses.
Sutter trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sutter stops Lynch from standing up.
Lynch avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Sutter will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Lynch throwing a counter right hand but Sutter manages to avoid it.
Lynch misses with an uppercut.
Sutter tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Lynch misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sutter shoots in looking for a takedown. Lynch tries to sprawl out of it but Sutter keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lynch manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lynch was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Sutter shoots in and bounces Lynch off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Sutter missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Sutter throws a big elbow that misses.
Sutter won't allow Lynch to sweep him here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lynch is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Sutter trying to control but Lynch is working from the bottom.
Sutter is looking to work some ground and pound but Lynch has wrist control.
Lynch wants to sweep but no luck.
Sutter trying to control the position from guard on top but Lynch is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lynch is on top in guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Sutter avoids the head kick by Lynch.
Lynch swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Lynch bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Sutter's head.


Sutter is rocked!
Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Lynch! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Joshua Lynch!
