Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Granger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marshall Charbonneau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Granger kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Jiu-Jitsu . Charbonneau comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Stromae - Formidable kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! John Granger has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 1, fighting out of New York, Marshall Charbonneau!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Glass and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Granger shoots for a takedown but Charbonneau saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Charbonneau drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Granger defends it well.
Granger throws a leg kick but Charbonneau moved away.

Granger shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Granger showed some decent athleticism there.
Granger prevents Charbonneau from improving his position.

Charbonneau is looking for a sweep. Granger is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
