Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jarmo Pajumaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Nackon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pajumaki's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Rage Against the Machine - Bombtrack. Jarmo Pajumaki has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jarmo Pajumaki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jimmy Nackon! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nackon misses with a few strikes there.
Nackon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nackon throws a right and a left that Pajumaki avoids nicely. Nackon stuffs the takedown. Nackon misses with the combination.
Pajumaki takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Nackon throws a nice looking combination but Pajumaki bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Pajumaki moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Nackon throws a right and a left that Pajumaki avoids nicely. A punch combination from Nackon misses. Pajumaki scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Nackon is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Pajumaki is looking to take a break and control but Nackon is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pajumaki scores with a couple of short elbows. Nackon tries to improve position but can't. Nackon is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Nackon manages to get back to half guard. Nackon looks gassed!
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Nackon moves into full guard.
Nackon working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Pajumaki has passed into half guard!
Pajumaki is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Nackon on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Nackon tries to roll over but Pajumaki keeps him under control. Pajumaki not doing much here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nackon tries to get to full guard but Pajumaki has control of the leg. Pajumaki working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Nackon looks like he's trying to stand up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Nackon wants to get back to full guard. Nackon actively working from the bottom here. Nackon trying to control from the bottom.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Pajumaki is trying to control the action in half guard but Nackon is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Pajumaki shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Pajumaki was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Nackon really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jarmo Pajumaki dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Pajumaki shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Nackon wants to control but Pajumaki is having none of it. Nackon wants to try and get back to his feet. Nackon is squirming around, avoiding Pajumaki's attempts to control the action. Nackon regains half guard. Pajumaki is thwarting Nackon's attempts to control the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pajumaki wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nackon keeps working. Nackon works his way to full guard. Good work. Nackon is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Nackon has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Pajumaki is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Nackon.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nackon sneaks back into half guard. Nackon trying to hold on to Pajumaki's head to control him but Pajumaki postures up.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Nackon trying to get back to full guard but Pajumaki takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Pajumaki has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Nackon's face.
Nackon is desperately trying to improve his position but Pajumaki has a good base and remains in mount. Pajumaki controlling his opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nackon trying desperately to get to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Nackon regains half guard. Nackon wants to control but Pajumaki is keeping busy.
Pajumaki prevents Nackon from improving his position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Nackon trying to hold on to Pajumaki's head to control him but Pajumaki postures up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Jarmo Pajumaki will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Pajumaki closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Nackon looking for a sweep but Pajumaki has passed into full mount! Oh no! Pajumaki prevents Nackon from getting the reversal. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Nackon tries to lock up and control but Pajumaki gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pajumaki trying to control but Nackon is having none of it. Nackon can't escape the position.
Pajumaki lands a heavy elbow. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pajumaki prevents Nackon from getting the reversal.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Nackon is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Pajumaki looking to control but Nackon is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Nackon can't escape the position.
A nice elbow there by Pajumaki. Pajumaki scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Nackon wants to hold on but Pajumaki pushes him away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nackon is looking to get to half guard. Pajumaki avoids the attempt from Nackon to control. Nackon keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Jimmy Nackon has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jarmo Pajumaki overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Nackon is squirming around, avoiding Pajumaki's attempts to control the action. Nackon manages to regain half guard. Good work. Nackon wants to get back to full guard. Jarmo Pajumaki is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nackon looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Pajumaki pushes past his half guard into mount!
And that's the end of the fight! Jarmo Pajumaki showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pajumaki, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
