The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Punch looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Boothe misses with an uppercut.
Boothe connects with a right hand. Punch shakes it off.
Boothe lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Boothe swats away the attempt to clinch by Punch.
Punch throws a poor cross that misses
and Boothe counters with an inside leg kick.
Boothe ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Punch dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Punch drops Boothe with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Boothe looks back up at him and smiles so Punch waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Punch looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Punch might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Punch thows a body kick. Boothe tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Punch is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Punch tries to clinch up.
Whack! Boothe lands a heavy head kick that drops Punch. The ref tackles Boothe to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Punch was done.
