Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Jinx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nguidjol Roger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Billy Jinx could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Nguidjol Roger's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Billy Jinx! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nguidjol Roger! The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Michael Johnstone and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jinx wants to clinch up but Roger keeps it at a distance. Excellent takedown into side control there by Roger. Roger is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jinx is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Jinx taking a bit of punishment here - Roger scoring with strikes. Jinx is looking for a sweep. Roger goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Jinx rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Roger's guard! Nice work there by Jinx! Jinx is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Jinx could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Jinx is looking to stand up but Roger won't let him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roger manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jinx manages to get himself to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Roger engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Jinx looking to control.
Jinx might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Jinx being controlled here, momentarily. Jinx has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Roger can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Roger looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Let's hope that Roger has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Roger stopping the sweep attempt from Jinx. Roger sitting in guard, not really doing much. Jinx has a closed guard, preventing Roger from standing up. Roger pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jinx is keeping the position for now.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Jinx looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. A thudding body kick lands there by Roger!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. The fight stays on the outside here - Roger looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Roger misses with a leg kick. Jinx misses with an attempted mid kick.
Jinx throws a wild body kick that Roger sees coming a mile off. Despite the aggression on Roger's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Sloppy strikes from Jinx. Those never looked like landing. Roger drives through with a takedown into guard. Roger controls from within his opponent's guard. Roger throwing strikes but missing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nguidjol Roger dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Jinx is looking to clinch but Roger is avoiding it.
Roger gets tackled into the cage by Jinx. Jinx maintains the clinch. Roger drops down looking for an ankle pick but Jinx pulls his leg out and moves away.
Jinx shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Roger sprawls well. Roger wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jinx gets slowly back to his feet. Jinx pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Roger avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Roger shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Roger showed some decent athleticism there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jinx is looking to improve his position.

That's one minute gone in the round. Jinx misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Roger is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Roger working over Jinx with some ground and pound. Jinx looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Roger tries to stand and escape but Jinx is controlling the position. Roger controlling the pace. Roger wants to stand up but Jinx is controlling the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Roger scores with a hook.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jinx ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Jinx tries to keep at a distance but Roger has taken the fight into the clinch. Roger prevents the takedown attempt.
Roger manages to pull guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Roger can do anything to dispel that myth. Jinx postures up.
Roger pulls Jinx in to control the position. Jinx sitting in guard, not really doing much. Roger has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Roger is trying to control the position but Jinx postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Roger is looking to stand up but Jinx isn't so interested in that idea. Jinx is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Roger wants to sweep but no luck.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. No luck with that takedown attempt from Roger. Jinx shoots in for a takedown but Roger shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Jinx. That's going to take a lot out of him. Roger decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are battling for position here. Jinx manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Roger distracts Jinx with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Roger sitting in guard, not really doing much. Roger got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jinx has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Roger has managed to get both his arms back between Jinx's legs - danger averted. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jinx controlling Roger's posture. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nguidjol Roger showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Jinx tries to clinch but Roger moves out of range. Jinx shoots in and drives through. Roger sprawls well. Roger looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Jinx! Jinx is looking to get back to his feet here but Roger is keeping cool and he's managed to take Jinx's back. Nguidjol Roger has got the better of the ground game so far. Jinx is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Roger.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Roger has the hooks in. Jinx is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Jinx takes a big shot to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roger looking for the RNC. Roger is trying to stick to Jinx's back but Jinx is turning into Roger. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Roger's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Jinx. Jinx is looking to pass into half guard but Roger pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Roger is in guard.
Roger drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Roger jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Roger scoring with some ground and pound. Jinx throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Roger is in close to Jinx's body, working some short punches and elbows.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Roger controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Jinx tries to land a sweep but no joy. Roger is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Roger passes into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Roger controlling the action here. Jinx is trying to stand.
Roger tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Jinx. Roger working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Jinx wants to get back to full guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Roger in particular looking to stall.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Jinx gets in close and instigates a clinch. Jinx goes for a takedown in the clinch but Roger prevents it.
Nice body punch from Jinx - that landed with a thud.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Roger blocks an elbow strike from Jinx.
Roger gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Jinx.
Billy Jinx has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Nguidjol Roger is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Jinx. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jinx misses with the head strike.
And that's the end of the fight! Nguidjol Roger comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Roger winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
