Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaice Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hardy might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Coming home -Dirty money. Jason Hardy has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kaice Gunn!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Steve Erwin and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy digs a good hook to Gunn's body.
Hardy misses with the combination.
Gunn is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.

Hardy moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Jason Hardy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

My spies in Sydney Fight Team inform me that Gunn has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Gunn wants to free his trapped foot but Hardy is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Gunn tries to close the distance and clinch but Hardy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hardy throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Gunn swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Gunn looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Gunn slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Gunn throws out a counter right but Hardy avoids it with no problem.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jason Hardy will probably get the nod.

Gunn changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hardy looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Gunn sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Hardy is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Gunn is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hardy is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Hardy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gunn can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Kaice Gunn spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
Jason Hardy was interviewed post fight and said 'As always I can do everything through Christ my lord and savior who strengthens me. Without him I wouldn't be here tonight. Don't worry I'll be back.'.
