Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Glorious Superior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Remy Palmar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Remy Palmar will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Glorious Superior! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Remy Palmar! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Michael Johnstone and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab from Superior. Palmar slips a jab from Superior. Superior has been working on his boxing with his coaches at THE GYM (20 Elite coaches on the Island !!!) in the buildup to the fight. Palmar drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Palmar looks to land a body kick but Superior moved away. Superior half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Superior keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Palmar looks to land a body kick but Superior moved away. Superior lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Superior tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Palmar keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Palmar enables Superior to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Palmar manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Palmar keeping moving, preventing Superior from controlling successfully. Palmar keeping full guard, as Superior tries to pass. Superior trying to control the position from guard on top but Palmar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Superior is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Superior advances position into side control! Palmar gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Palmar felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Palmar wants to control but Superior is having none of it. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Palmar can do anything to dispel that myth. Superior tries to control but Palmar wriggling away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Superior working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Palmar looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Superior! Submission of the night perhaps?
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Glorious Superior! Glorious Superior made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'Bow before your Glorious Superior!'. The defeated Remy Palmar had this to say: 'To , tough fight tonight, man. Good thing for you that I don't want to die without any scars. Till next time, bro.'.
