Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Humphrey Sloan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Lamberto! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Jorge Garcia and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sloan shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Sloan is going olschool here, as he tries to force Lamberto to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Lamberto shrugs it off. Sloan sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lamberto tries to hold on but Sloan pushes him away. Sloan is going olschool here, as he tries to force Lamberto to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Lamberto shrugs it off. Sloan throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Sloan has isolated one of Lamberto's arms. Lamberto looking to fight him off but Sloan twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
