The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freeman shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Kolehmainen eats them both and turns towards Freeman to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Freeman lands a jab-cross combination.
Kolehmainen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Freeman but Freeman pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Kolehmainen slips a jab from Freeman.
Kolehmainen half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Kolehmainen closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Freeman did well to prevent Kolehmainen getting side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kolehmainen is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Freeman can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Freeman looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Kolehmainen! Submission of the night perhaps?

A relieved looking Eino Kolehmainen thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Nate Freeman was interviewed post fight and said 'I'm glad the belt went to a fellow LOD member, unfortunately it wasn't me tonight. Sorry to disappoint my fans!'.
