Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lynn Stout! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Eulogy Dillashaw! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dillashaw stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dillashaw wants it to stay on the feet. Dillashaw misses with a hook. Dillashaw misses with a right hand and Stout counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Eulogy Dillashaw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stout uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dillashaw. Dillashaw defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Stout. Dillashaw stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lynn Stout. That's going to take a lot out of him. Stout wants to clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. enabling Stout to counter with a crisp jab. Dillashaw rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Stout connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. A slow jab from Dillashaw misses its intended target. Dillashaw misses with a series of wild punches.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stout displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dillashaw throws out the jab. Dillashaw throws a big shot that misses. A jab from Dillashaw misses. Stout tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dillashaw swivels and escapes. Dillashaw with the counter takedown but Stout avoids it easily. Dillashaw throws a lazy uppercut
and Stout counters with a left to the body. Dillashaw tries to keep at a distance but Stout has taken the fight into the clinch. Stout is looking to take this one to the mat. Stout drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Dillashaw gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Stout pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Stout staying out of range there. Stout bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Dillashaw misses with a body shot
letting Stout counter with a right hand. Stout moves away from the strike by Dillashaw. Dillashaw swinging wildly here.
Dillashaw dives in and scores a takedown into Stout's guard. Stout working for a triangle but Dillashaw defends it easily.
Dillashaw throws a strike but Stout rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stout trying to control but Dillashaw is working from the bottom. Dillashaw looking for a sweep. Not yet Dillashaw, not yet. Stout throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Stout is fighting to break Dillashaw's control of his arms but Dillashaw is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Dillashaw tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Dillashaw waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Stout. Dillashaw misses with a jab to the body
and Stout connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Lynn Stout will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Dillashaw might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Dillashaw misses with a right hand and Dillashaw takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Stout shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dillashaw as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lynn Stout. That's going to take a lot out of him. Stout slips under a jab from Dillashaw. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stout dives in for a single leg takedown but Dillashaw sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Stout uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Dillashaw. Dillashaw misses with a body shot

It looked like Stout was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Dillashaw swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Dillashaw throws a big shot that misses. Dillashaw throws a hook but Stout avoids it easily. Dillashaw defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Stout. Dillashaw is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Dillashaw fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stout sprawls well initially but Dillashaw persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dillashaw thows a huge punch but Stout dodges it nicely.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dillashaw wants to pass the guard but Stout is defending well. Dillashaw has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Dillashaw with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Still in half guard, Dillashaw seems content to control. Stout knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dillashaw on the ground. Dillashaw thows a huge punch but Stout dodges it nicely.
Dillashaw passes to side control. A lull in the action here. Dillashaw is looking to take a break and control but Stout is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Dillashaw is staying tight to Stout's torso, preventing him from escaping. Dillashaw throws a strike aimed at the side of Stout's head but Stout avoids it well.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Dillashaw misses with a hook. Stout ducked under it nicely. Stout steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dillashaw. Dillashaw misses with a leg kick and Stout counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dillashaw misses with some punches.
Stout drops down looking for an ankle pick but Dillashaw pulls his leg out and moves away.

Eulogy Dillashaw showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

and Stout counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Dillashaw thinking. Stout shoots in but no luck this time. Dillashaw is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lynn Stout. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Dillashaw leaves Stout with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Dillashaw with the counter takedown but Stout avoids it easily. Dillashaw drives through with a takedown into Stout's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Dillashaw stays in close to Stout's body and controls the position. Stout utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Dillashaw working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Dillashaw is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Lynn Stout. I think Stout has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
