Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gosho Majnev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hon mo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Gosho Majnev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Hon mo!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Sandra Marshall and Winston Alpacca.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

mo has closed the distance and engaged Majnev in a clinch.
Majnev putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has mo in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Majnev wants to get back to striking at distance but mo won't allow it.
mo with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

mo manages to pull guard.

mo has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Majnev has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
mo blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
mo should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Majnev is pressed up against the cage. mo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Majnev down to the mat. Majnev avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

mo moves into the clinch.
Majnev is looking to break free of the clinch but mo has double underhooks.

mo pulls guard successfully.
Majnev throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
mo controlling Majnev's posture.
mo trying to strike off his back.

That's one minute gone in the round.
mo pulls Majnev in close to prevent any damage.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - mo has eaten all the pies!
mo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Majnev tries to kick mo off but mo keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
mo performing his best blanket impression for a moment.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Majnev connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Majnev moves out of range as mo throws a body kick.
mo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Majnev throws a quick head kick that skims the top of mo's head.

Majnev tries to sprawl but mo drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Majnev pushes mo off, looking to escape but mo dives into side control. He's locked up a kimura now - that was fast! He's cranking on it and Majnev is forced to tap! The fight is over!
