Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Paulo Santos and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nunes shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and White holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Nunes drops to a knee looking for a takedown but White gets the underhooks and prevents it.
White could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
White stops a takedown attempt from Nunes.
Emile White has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gustavo Nunes.
Nunes jumps guard but White turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nunes is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but White is defending well.

Nunes lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

White can't find room to land a body shot as Nunes controls the action.
White pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
White tries to sprawl but Nunes drives through with a takedown into half guard.

White is trying to get back to full guard.
Nunes throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Nunes is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and White defends it well.
Nunes is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. White doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Nunes.
