Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jacob Shaw!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Klavs Klunker!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klunker fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Shaw tries to bum rush Klunker with a series of wild strikes but Klunker uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Klunker is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Shaw changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Klunker looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Klunker is trying to get back to half guard.
Shaw wants to stand but Klunker is controlling his arm.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
You can see the frustration on Klunker's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Shaw tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Shaw stands up and beckons Klunker to his feet.
Klunker doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Shaw connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A punch combination from Shaw misses.
Sloppy strikes from Shaw. Those never looked like landing.
Klunker feints the counter takedown.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Shaw throws a right hand that Klunker ducks under and follows up with a left that Klunker also avoids with ease.
An inside leg kick from Shaw misses.
Klunker looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jacob Shaw has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Klavs Klunker.

Shaw rushes Klunker and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Klunker prevents Shaw from breaking the clinch.
Klunker is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Shaw is defending well.
Klunker wants to take the fight to the mat but Shaw manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Klunker misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Shaw.

Shaw wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Klunker has him pressed against the ropes.

Klunker wants the takedown. Shaw is fighting it off but Klunker persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Shaw's guard against the ropes.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Shaw keeping moving, preventing Klunker from controlling successfully.
Shaw knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Klunker on the ground.
Klunker in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Klunker trying to move into half guard but instead Shaw has managed to sweep!
Shaw would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Klunker has his feet on Shaw's thighs here. He's pushed Shaw off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Shaw screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
