PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nero Padilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Vasilyevich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Padilla might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dead by Dawn by Deicide. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasilyevich misses with a looping left.
Padilla feints a jab promting Vasilyevich to slip. Padilla then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Vasilyevich slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Vasilyevich bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Padilla tries to land a front kick but Vasilyevich steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Padilla blocks the body kick.
Vasilyevich misses with a kick to the body.
Padilla lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Vasilyevich throws a head kick that misses
and Padilla counters with a nice low kick that buckles Vasilyevich's knee momentarily.
Padilla cracks Vasilyevich with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Padilla lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Padilla throws a series of punches but Vasilyevich avoids them all with ease.

Padilla checks the leg kick nicely there.

It looked like Padilla wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Padilla tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Padilla avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Padilla fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Vasilyevich lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Padilla has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Padilla and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Vasilyevich throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Padilla on the side of the head.

It looks like Nero Padilla has been cut.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Padilla, as that shot connected.

Vasilyevich is rocked!
Padilla wobbles Vasilyevich with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Padilla dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Vasilyevich to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
