Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marvin Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Knock Out (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marvin Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Knock Out! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Anthony Taglia and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Out gets caught napping as Johnson dives in and scores a takedown. Out manages to retain guard. Out manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Out is looking to clinch. Out looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Johnson closes the distance and clinches. Out is trying to maintain a safe position but Johnson gets an underhook and turns Out into the cage. Out stops a takedown attempt from Johnson.
Johnson looking for a takedown. Out's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Johnson manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Out on his heels. He'll look to pass Out's guard now, I'm sure. Johnson lands a couple of elbows. Johnson advances position into side control! Out is looking to reverse the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. You can see the frustration on Out's face as Johnson controls the position. Out takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Johnson lands a few punches from side control. Johnson takes a little break here. Out wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Johnson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Out wants to control but Johnson postures up. Johnson taking a breather here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Out shoots in but no luck this time. Johnson clinches with his opponent.
Johnson is looking for a takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marvin Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Out escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Johnson moves into the clinch. Johnson jumps guard.
Out really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Johnson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Johnson has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Out has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Johnson. The referee is keeping an eye on Johnson - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Johnson has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Out regains guard immediately. Out looking for a sweep. Not yet Out, not yet. Johnson throwing strikes from guard but Out blocks nicely. Out is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Out had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Johnson defends it easily. Johnson slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Johnson content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Johnson keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Out's head. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Johnson slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Out is trying to control the position but Johnson postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marvin Johnson dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Johnson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. No luck for Johnson with that takedown attempt. Out with the counter takedown but Johnson avoids it easily. Johnson shoots in for a double leg but Out sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Marvin Johnson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A jab from Johnson misses. Johnson leaves Out with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Out circles away from the clinch attempt.
Out throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Johnson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. A head kick misses from Out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Out swats away the attempt to clinch by Johnson. Out tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Johnson paws at him with a jab and circles away. Out misses with a series of wild punches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Out manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Johnson defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Out. Johnson misses with a low kick. Out wants to clinch and Johnson decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Out's guard. Johnson won't allow Out to sweep him here. Johnson not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Johnson is working Out over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Johnson advances position into side control!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Johnson looks up at the clock and then as Out takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Johnson smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Out takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Out is trying to improve his position. Johnson happy to just control the position for now. Johnson lands a decent elbow from side control. Johnson moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson is trying to get an arm triangle but Out is defending well. Out can't do much from the bottom here. Johnson in side control, just content to control the action for now. Johnson lands a nice forearm strike. Johnson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Out tries to buck Johnson off but Johnson is having none of it. Johnson scoring with punches from side control. Out trying to remain calm as Johnson controls from the top position. That's the end of the fight!
