The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gatmaitan misses with a wild combination.

Gatmaitan closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Ihejirika has Gatmaitan pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Gatmaitan manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

It looks like Boipelo Chibuzo Ihejirika has been cut.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Gatmaitan creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Gatmaitan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ihejirika should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Gatmaitan breaks from the clinch.
Gatmaitan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ihejirika manages to avoid it.

Gatmaitan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
