Shraf comes to the cage accompanied by O.C. - time's up . De Jager has chosen Afrikanerhart as his entrance music. Bismarck De Jager has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jamezdin Shraf's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Bismarck De Jager!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Colin Fray and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Jager ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Shraf moves away.
Shraf throws a right hand that misses
and De Jager counters with a stiff right hand.
Shraf has been working on his boxing with his coaches at ~T~ Troid - Gym in the buildup to the fight.
A slow jab from Shraf misses its intended target.
De Jager lands a jab to Shraf's midsection.
De Jager looks to land a combination but Shraf avoids it well.
Shraf on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Shraf slips a jab and a cross from De Jager.
Shraf uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from De Jager.
Shraf misses with a wild combination.
Shraf shoots in for a takedown but De Jager shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Shraf misses with a straight right.
De Jager is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Shraf with a body shot.
De Jager moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
De Jager wants to clinch.
Shraf takes a swing at De Jager's ribcage but misses.
De Jager lands a nice hook to Shraf's body. Shraf takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

De Jager avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A big left from Shraf misses.
Shraf tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but De Jager swivels and escapes.
De Jager throws out a counter right but Shraf avoids it with no problem.
Shraf misses with a body kick.
Bismarck De Jager is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Shraf fails in his attempt to clinch.
Shraf takes a swing at De Jager's ribcage but misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from De Jager! But no joy.
Shraf fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jamezdin Shraf. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and De Jager counters with a lovely straight right hand!
De Jager lands the left hand.
Shraf goes for a double leg but De Jager avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as De Jager continues to drive forward.
De Jager is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Shraf misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
De Jager's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Shraf connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! De Jager scrambles back to his feet.
De Jager throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
De Jager moves out of range of the strikes.
De Jager instigates a clinch.
De Jager digs a right hand into Shraf's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Shraf's gas tank.
De Jager is defending well against a takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Shraf goes for a takedown attempt but De Jager pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Shraf tries to clinch but De Jager moves out of range.
De Jager is looking to slow Shraf down with leg kicks.
Jamezdin Shraf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shraf throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and De Jager counters with a leg kick.
Shraf throws a lazy uppercut
enabling De Jager to counter with a crisp jab.
Shraf closes the distance and clinches up with De Jager, looking for a takedown. Shraf pushes De Jager against the cage but De Jager circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Shraf uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from De Jager.
De Jager attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Shraf rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but De Jager moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
De Jager lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Shraf looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? De Jager is fending him off so far but Shraf persists. Nope, De Jager circles away and we're back to standing.
Shraf throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
De Jager throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Jamezdin Shraf has been cut.
De Jager lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Shraf at a distance.
Shraf is breathing heavily.
Shraf misses with a takedown
and De Jager counters with a good low kick that Shraf was not able to check.
De Jager connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Shraf tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. De Jager manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
De Jager scores with a nice right hand.
De Jager throws a right and a left that both miss.
Shraf is looking to clinch but De Jager is avoiding it.
De Jager avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Shraf misses with a jab, cross combination.
Shraf shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and De Jager counters with a head kick that drops Shraf to the mat! Shraf scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Shraf is rocked!
Shraf circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by De Jager. Shraf falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for De Jager!
