The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thiago shoots and misses
and Grigsby counters with a straight right hand.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Grigsby!
Thiago takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Grigsby lands a nice shot to the body.
Thiago fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Thiago.

Grigsby on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Grigsby tries to get out of the position.
Grigsby looking for a sweep but Thiago has passed into full mount! Oh no!

Grigsby cracks Thiago with a good jab.
Grigsby bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Thiago's head.
Thiago misses with a takedown attempt
and Grigsby counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Ali Grigsby has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Henry Thiago.
Thiago tries for a takedown but Grigsby circles away easily
and Grigsby counters with a right hand to the body.

Grigsby weaves into range and cracks Thiago right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Thiago goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Grigsby is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
