Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Onkel Bergmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bergmann comes into the arena with Never Give Up blaring out of the sound system. Onkel Bergmann has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot by Grant.
Bergmann uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Grant.
Bergmann avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bergmann dives in for a single leg takedown but Grant sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Bergmann is looking to chop away at Grant's legs.
Grant appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Bergmann shoots in but Grant avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Grant throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bergmann.
Bergmann drops down looking for a counter takedown but Grant sprawls and moves away.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bergmann lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Grant has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Grant and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Grant gets caught napping as Bergmann dives in and scores a takedown. Grant manages to retain guard.
Grant is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Grant working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bergmann doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bergmann manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Grant is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Bergmann wants to control from the top but Grant keeps moving.
Grant working for a triangle but Bergmann defends it easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bergmann avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bergmann is sitting in close to Grant's body. Grant has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Bergmann is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Bergmann is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Grant.
