Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Miguel Valdez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dany Agua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dany Agua is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Agua misses with a combination
and Valdez counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Valdez lands with a good body shot.
Agua is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Valdez.
Good exchange - Valdez coming out on top.
Valdez connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Agua looks to land a left hand but Valdez moved out of range nicely.
A quick step to the side and Valdez tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Agua closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Valdez defending well as Agua loads up on a big left hand.
The fight stays on the outside here - Agua looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Valdez lands a lovely overhand right.
Valdez fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Agua tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Agua throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Valdez dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Agua shoots in looking for a takedown. Valdez tries to sprawl out of it but Agua keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Valdez manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Valdez ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Valdez thuds his right hand into Agua's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Valdez connects with a jab.
Valdez thuds a left hand into Agua's body.
Valdez fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Agua shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Agua tries a low kick but Valdez avoids it.

Agua closes the distance and clinches.

Valdez lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Agua backwards.

Still in the clinch, Valdez scores with a nice short uppercut.

Agua drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Valdez escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Valdez lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Agua takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Valdez.
Valdez lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Agua takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Valdez lands the left hand.
Valdez lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Agua at a distance.
A chopping leg kick lands by Valdez.
Donk. Valdez catches Agua right on the button with a cross.
Valdez lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Agua is rocked!
Agua walks into a stiff left hand from Valdez.
Agua is still on wobbly legs! Can Valdez finish him?
Valdez scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Agua dives in and grabs Valdez's left leg, looking for a takedown. Valdez pushes down on Agua's head and hops out.
Valdez throwing a counter right hand but Agua manages to avoid it.
Miguel Valdez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dany Agua.
Valdez drops Agua with a straight right hand, right on the button! Valdez follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
