The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stith throws a body kick that misses.

Stith gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Roman to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Stith really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Roman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Roman is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Roman controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Roman sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Stith's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Roman seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Stith wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Roman seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Stith is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
