Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Franco Colombo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomasz Adamek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Colombo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Adamek blocks a head kick by Colombo.
Colombo works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
It looks like Tomasz Adamek has been cut.

Colombo tries to counter by clinching up but Adamek breaks away and moves out of range.

It looked like Colombo wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Colombo lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Adamek sprawling to the canvas. Colombo follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Adamek hang on?

Colombo is stalling here. Adamek is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Colombo seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Adamek has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

and Colombo counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Colombo looks at the referee who does nothing so Colombo lands a crushing right that sends Adamek to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
