Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Azinho Solomon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karly Maybi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maybi has chosen Bad blood as his entrance music. Karly Maybi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Dirk Anderson and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maybi throws a right and a left that Solomon avoids nicely.
Solomon closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Maybi quickly recovers to half guard.
Maybi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Solomon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Solomon is nestled in close to Maybi, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Maybi wants to get back to his feet.
Maybi has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Dr Moreau's TRT Clinic. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Solomon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Maybi pushes off an throws an elbow but Solomon leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Maybi breaks from the clinch.
Maybi lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Maybi moves forwards but Solomon connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Solomon avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Maybi tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Solomon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Solomon is working Maybi over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Solomon looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Maybi with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Solomon scores with a big shot! Maybi's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Maybi! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

In defeat, Karly Maybi stepped up to the mic, saying 'He's the better fighter today. But i will have revenge'.
