Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Grant Morrison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Clark Kent!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Morrison as Kent shoots in.
A slow jab from Morrison misses its intended target.
Kent shoots in but no luck this time.
Kent avoids the body shot from Morrison.
Morrison throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kent sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Kent shoots in looking for a takedown but Morrison manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kent's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Grant Morrison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clark Kent.
Kent gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Morrison cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Clark Kent has been cut.

Morrison cracks Kent with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Kent looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Morrison finish him?

Kent is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kent goes for a double leg but Morrison avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Morrison continues to drive forward.
Kent is still on wobbly legs! Can Morrison finish him?
Kent shoots in for a takedown but Morrison shows good takedown defense.

Kent seems to have recovered his senses.
Kent has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

and Morrison counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Morrison drops Kent with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kent looks back up at him and smiles so Morrison waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Morrison scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Kent gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Morrison counters with a big left hand that crumples Kent! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!

Grant Morrison was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
