Adamz has chosen Fight Night as his entrance music. Grizzly Adamz will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carolla throws a shot to the body.
Carolla misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Adamz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Adamz bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Carolla swings away with a body shot that misses
and Adamz makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Carolla cracks Adamz with a good jab.

Adamz throws a right hand that misses
and Carolla connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Adamz lands with a cross.
A telegraphed right hand from Carolla misses the target.
Adamz throws out a loose jab but Carolla uses good head movement to avoid it.
Grizzly Adamz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Carolla loads up on a big right hand but Adamz slips the punch.
Carolla avoids the body shot from Adamz.
It looked like Carolla wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Adamz throws a good cross that connects.

and Adamz counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Carolla walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Carolla scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Adamz might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

It looks like Grizzly Adamz has been cut.
Carolla avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Carolla is looking to counter punch.

Adamz is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Carolla had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

and Carolla scores with a counter punch that sends Adamz to the canvas! Carolla smells blood - he's punishing Adamz with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Adamz has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
