Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Gotti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hideo Tokoro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tokoro has chosen Boomtastic as his entrance music. The key to victory for Jimmy Gotti has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tokoro throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Tokoro feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Gotti wants to stand up but Tokoro is controlling him.

Gotti is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but Tokoro has just dragged him back down to the mat.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tokoro wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Gotti, who protects the arm well.

Tokoro is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Gotti can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Tokoro is trying to move to mount but Gotti reverses beautifully and ends up in Tokoro's guard.
Tokoro wants to improve his position but instead Gotti has moved into half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Tokoro moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Tokoro had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Gotti defends it easily.
Tokoro is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Tokoro is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Gotti defends it well.
