Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baumgartner dives in and scores a takedown into Burnett's guard.
Burnett scrambles and gets back to his feet.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Burnett enables Baumgartner to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Burnett manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Burnett is trying to control the position but Baumgartner postures up.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Burnett is on top in guard.
Baumgartner manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Burnett manages to get himself to full guard.
Baumgartner drops back looking for a leg! Burnett is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Burnett manages to kick Baumgartner off! Baumgartner jumps back into Burnett's guard.
Baumgartner scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Baumgartner thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Burnett wants to sweep but no luck.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Baumgartner lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Baumgartner trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Baumgartner makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Baumgartner passes into half guard.
Burnett is trying to stand back up but Baumgartner is controlling him
Baumgartner throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Burnett is trying to control but Baumgartner manages to pass to mount!
